Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for standard (non-custom) items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before sending anything back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Because Bark&Go creates many items individually for each dog, the following items are non-returnable:

Custom-made products

Personalized or made-to-measure items

Sale items

Gift cards
Custom items are produced specifically for your dog based on provided measurements, breed, and preferences, and therefore cannot be resold.
If you’re unsure whether your item is considered custom, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
If your item is eligible for return, the fastest way to receive a different size or style is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.
For custom-made items, we are always happy to discuss adjustments or alterations on a case-by-case basis.
European Union – 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return non-custom items within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs fees are non-refundable.
