Welcome to Bark&Go! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Bark&Go. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We do our best to display products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and screen settings.
We do not guarantee that the appearance of products will meet your expectations or appear exactly as shown on your screen.
Some items are handmade and/or made to order. Production time may vary and will be shown on the product page or communicated after purchase.
Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may be updated at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We are happy to assist with sizing recommendations, but we cannot guarantee fit if measurements provided are incorrect.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and receive successful payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is accepted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations or changes.
If we cancel or make changes to an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Bark&Go’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Bark&Go. Shopify’s name and logo are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor control.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools is entirely at your own risk.

Bark&Go is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Bark&Go.
You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Bark&Go, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with Bark&Go.
