All Bark&Go items are handmade in Ukraine. Some products are made to order, so production time may vary and is indicated on each product page or communicated after purchase.

We ship worldwide using trusted international carriers. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note that all delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control, including force majeure.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees charged by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
